1. Agreement to Terms

Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dental Tourism

services to dental clinics in international destinations seeking to
attract patients from the United States. Our services include, but are
not limited to:

- Lead generation campaigns targeting U.S. patients
- Marketing strategy consultation for dental tourism markets
- Website landing page and funnel optimization
- Patient inquiry management and routing
Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined
in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work executed between
the parties.
3. Client Obligations
As a Client, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information when filling out
our contact forms or during the consultation process

Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or account
information

Promptly respond to leads and inquiries generated through our
services

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those
governing dental practice and advertising in your jurisdiction
- Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our
services without express written permission
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our lead generation services will be agreed upon in a
separate Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified:
- All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD)

Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your Service
Agreement

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your Service
Agreement
5. Lead Generation and Performance
While we employ proven strategies and best practices to generate
qualified leads for your dental clinic:

We do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, patient conversions,
or revenue outcomes

Lead quality and conversion rates depend on factors including your
clinic's responsiveness, pricing, reputation, and market conditions

We make no warranties regarding the volume, quality, or conversion
rate of leads generated through our services

Past performance or case studies are not indicative of future
results
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images,
videos, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of
Dental Tourism Leads and protected by U.S. and international copyright
laws. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without
prior written permission
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our Site
or services
Work products and deliverables created specifically for you as part of
our services shall be governed by the terms of your Service Agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary
or confidential information shared during the course of our business
relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, business
strategies, lead data, patient information, pricing structures, and
marketing methodologies. This obligation survives termination of
services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Dental Tourism Leads shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from
your use of the Site or our services

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to our services
shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Dental Tourism
Leads in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to
the claim

We are not liable for the actions, quality of care, or outcomes
provided by any dental clinic, including clinics we refer leads to

We are not liable for any damages resulting from third-party
platforms used in our service delivery (including GoHighLevel,
analytics tools, or advertising platforms)
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dental Tourism
Leads, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from
any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses
(including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of
our Site or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your
violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property
or privacy rights; or (d) any claims related to dental services you
provide to leads generated through our platform.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms and tools,
including but not limited to:

GoHighLevel — CRM and marketing automation platform

Google Ads & Analytics — Advertising and
analytics services

WhatsApp & Messaging Platforms — Communication
tools

Email Service Providers — Email delivery and
marketing services
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data
practices of these third-party services. Your use of our services
constitutes acceptance of these third-party platforms' respective
terms and policies.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with
the terms outlined in your Service Agreement. We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access to our Site and services for
violation of these Terms

Refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion

Modify or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable
notice
Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees and
obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its
conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or
our services shall be resolved as follows:

If negotiation fails, the parties agree to mediate the dispute
before a mutually agreed-upon mediator

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through
binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American

13. Communications and Consent to Contact

are authorized to receive communications at that number

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional
or service-related messages
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
